The university has a cost-per-copy program in place that covers approximately 69 percent of our machines. This program exclusively uses 30% PCW copy paper. We make frequent efforts to publicize the university policy and to encourage higher levels of compliance. Finally, our contract office product suppliers hold at least one “sale” event each year to encourage people to try recycled copy paper.
