A brief description of the program:
Virginia Tech’s carpool program is available for employees and students. It provides discounted permits (30% less than regular permits) to carpoolers (2 or more people in the same car). There are reserved carpool parking areas, and carpoolers get access to emergency ride home services and 5 daily hangtags for days that carpooling does not work for them.
