Part 1. Greenhouse gas emissions inventory
Yes
A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
We use the SIMAP tool. Our 2018-2019 GHG report has not been submitted to Second Nature at the time of this STARS submission. However, the information reported here is accurate for that year. We ran the necessary numbers for this report. The attached GHG report is from 2017-2018.
Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
Yes
A brief description of the GHG inventory verification process:
All inputs are supplied by the party directly responsible for tracking, then reviewed by a supervisor, the staff responsible for the GHG reporting and the Director of Sustainability. A report will also be shared with senior administration, including the University President.
Documentation to support the GHG inventory verification process:
---
