We calculated the percentage of W&L Campus Garden sales sold to W&L's Dining operations. This information is for the 2018-2019 academic year.
W&L's main food distributor is U.S. Foods. We attempted to get information from them regarding this category, but were not able to get anything by the submission date. We will continue to work with them to see if we can better determine sustainable production/sourcing on their end.
