Does the institution have an ongoing program or programs that offer incentives for faculty in multiple disciplines or departments to develop new sustainability courses and/or incorporate sustainability into existing courses?:
Yes

A brief description of the program(s), including positive outcomes during the previous three years (e.g. descriptions of new courses or course content resulting from the program):
During the '17-'18 academic year, four faculty members were sent for training at the AASHE Sustainability across the Curriculum Leadership Workshop in CA. During the '16-'17 academic year, the SPARC offered the Integrating Sustainability Across the Curriculum Workshop, hosted by Susan Santone of Creative Change, on May 4-5. 27 faculty participants drawing from 18 department and 5 colleges attended. There have been a number of other training/workshop opportunities over the last three years, including a peer-led panel (in conjunction with the campus Teaching and Learning Forum) on including sustainability across the curriculum, where faculty members with expertise in sustainability guide faculty members wishing to incorporate sustainability into their courses. An annual faculty workshop also orients faculty to campus sustainability commitments and initiatives, to encourage the inclusion of campus sustainability in course work as well (e.g., student projects on sustainability-related educational campaigns). Sustainability has been incorporated into a variety of courses including general education English, interior design, economics, political science, graphic arts, philosophy, and business. Additionally, the Honors Program at WSU pays for faculty release time for faculty that wish to develop new courses. Two new sustainability courses were taught by faculty through the Honors Program these past two years ('16-'17, '17-'18) thanks to that funding opportunity.

A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:
Interested faculty are invited to attend a workshop, including lunch, to gain insight on Weber State's commitment to and action on sustainability and how sustainability (both on campus and writ large) can be incorporated into their existing courses. For those that get their courses approved by Honors, the program pays for faculty release time so that the faculty member can teach their new class and another faculty member can be hired to take one course from their existing load.
