A representative sample of invoices were collected and analyzed for fall and spring semesters in 2019. We chose 2019 because dining services shut down in 2020 due to the pandemic. All invoices from the months of February and September, 2019, were provided by Sodexo and the staff within the Energy & Sustainability Office analyzed all of the items purchased to assess whether or not they met the STARS criteria.
