Part 1: The living wage was calculated using the MIT Living Wage Calculator for a family of four (two working adults) in the Ogden-Clearfield, UT metropolitan area. It is accurate as of January 2024. Since then, the living wage calculator data has changed, but we used the January 2024 numbers. The percentage of those paid a living wage does not include student workers. 


Part 3: Grade N21- $31,600 is the lowest salary for this grade/range. Total compensation is roughly $58,940 (benefits detailed below). This is about 115% of the living wage, therefore we select 100%, based on the options given. Weber offers other benefit plans, in previous reports we listed the plan that only covered a single employee (not their family). It seemed to make more sense to list the plan that would cover a family of 4, as this is what the living wage is based on.
