A brief description of the green building guidelines or policies and/or a list or sample of buildings covered:
Wentworth has completed four major renovation and/or new construction projects which were built according to Article 37, the City of Boston’s Green Building Code:
1. Flanagan Campus Center at Beatty Hall (2012)
2. Center for Sciences and Biomedical Engineering – Addition at Ira Allen Building (2012)
3. Student Apartments at 525 Huntington Avenue (2014)
4. Schumann Library & Learning Commons (2016)
Article 37 requires green building practices equivalent to the USGBC LEED rating system, and Wentworth has pursued LEED Silver certifiable construction on these projects.

A brief description of how the institution ensures compliance with green building design and construction guidelines and policies:
Compliance for green building design and construction is mandatory on Article 37 projects. To ensure compliance, Wentworth's project teams include a LEED AP to guide the green building design / construction process. They also provide the LEED Scorecard and supporting documentation to demonstrate LEED certifiable practices to Boston Redevelopment Authority for review and approval.
