A subset of the campus community or a sample that may not be representative of the entire community
Which of the following best describes the structure of the cultural assessment? The assessment is administered::
Without a follow-up assessment of the same cohort or representative samples of the same population
A brief description of how and when the cultural assessment(s) were developed and/or adopted:
Several cultural assessment questions are used in the annual survey that student Eco Facilitators send out to students in seven dormitories (where Eco Facilitators are housed).
In May 2019, Wesleyan added a question to the senior survey for all graduating students about sustainability. This was deemed the most viable option for assessing sustainability, as there are no longitudinal surveys of students and increasing the number of surveys would result in poor response rates.
