Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
The instrument was sent in January-February 2018 via e-mail link such that identities were protected. The purpose was to understand the experience of those who chose to participate and begin a conversation, not necessarily to be able to generalize and draw conclusions about all employee experiences. The information and responses were compiled and a team of writers put together the full report in the summer of 2018. The PowerPoint was created and five sessions were scheduled to allow members of the community to further discuss the process or results. We had a 56% response rate among employees.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
We continue to discuss the results, implications, wants/needs of faculty, staff and students in smaller groups when OEI is invited to present at staff meetings, etc.
