A brief description of any internal sustainability professional development and training opportunities that the institution makes available to non-academic staff:
Wesleyan's Human Resources launched a formal professional development program in Fall 2019, Success@Wes. Through this program, the Sustainability Office has offered 1-2 programs annually for employees on pertinent topics. These workshops are open to all faculty and staff. Sessions offered since Fall 2020 have included "Recycling 101 and getting to zero waste," "Wesleyan Air Travel Offsets Pilot Program Overview," and "Sustainability: Getting involved at Wesleyan and beyond."
