The Office of Equity and Inclusion serves students, faculty, administrators and staff concerning all issues of equity and opportunity as they relate to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, and gender expression.

The Office develops policies and procedures; and offers programming for the campus community regarding issues of diversity and equal opportunity / affirmative action. The Office of Equity & Inclusion also oversees the Accessibility Committee and the Title IX Oversight Committee.

The Office for Equity & Inclusion provides leadership and guidance to address systemic inequities for all members of the Wesleyan community. Over 95% of all faculty and staff have participated in at least one training related to Title VII and Title IX on campus. Additionally, learning opportunities come in various shapes and sizes.
