WKU has made a commitment to build to LEED standards in all new construction and renovation. The commitment is included in our Energy Policy. We have recently completed our first building for which we will seek LEED certification but it is less than one year occupied.

WKU is in process of building its first building that we are applying for LEED certification. At the time of this audit, the building was not completed, therefore its square footage was not used.
