Does the institution compost or mulch waste from grounds keeping, including grass trimmings?:
Yes

A brief description of the composting or mulching program:
A considerable amount of the waste generated from grounds is re-used. Wood such as tree limbs and brush are taken to the local mulch company to be ground into mulch that we will later buy to spread on our landscape beds. Leaves gathered are composted at the University farm for re-sale to local residents. Most turf is mowed with mulching mowers, with few areas that require bagging. Some of these clippings are incorporated into our compost, and measures are being taken to capture all the clippings generated for compost.
