Diversity Dialogs Diversity Dialogs are weekly discussions about race, class, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, immigration status and the way in which these dimensions intersect and impact our identities. Generation First! Program Generation First! participants are the "first generation" of students who will complete a bachelor's degree in their immediate family. Generation First! seeks to create a support/mentoring network for first-generation college students. Westminster Allies Coalition An ally is a member of a dominant group who uses his/her privilege to eradicate societal isms that s/he does not experience in the negative. Given the broad range of societal isms--racism, classism, sexism, heterosexism, ageism, ableism, etc., most of us can be allies. The Westminster Allies Program is an educational and activist group for students, staff, and faculty who want to make a difference Clubs directed toward Under-Represented Groups: Alphabet Soup Soup, Westminster's LGBTQ Club, AIU, the African American Intellectual Union, ISA, the International Student Association, Latin@ Westminster (Promoting understanding and awareness of Latina/Latino cultures), NuChe (Promoting Native American awareness at Westminster), SPPAM (Students Promoting Pacific Islander and Asian Mentoring of Westminster)
