The list from the last STARS entry was cross-listed with the current course catalog. Then, the course catalogs for the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, and the 2021-2022 academic years were searched for other courses that were sustainability focused or sustainability inclusive. Courses were also sourced from faculty and first hand student knowledge and experience.
