A brief description of the facilities for bicycle commuters:
The institution provides bike racks at all campus buildings. There is a locker room available for students, staff, and faculty to use through our fitness center. Currently buildings have not been constructed with commuter showers. There are storage rooms provided within several of our resident halls for student bicycles.

Short term bike parking is provide outside all main campus buildings. We do provide long term bike storage in several of our residence halls.

We currently utilize the existing policies of the City of Walla Walla. We additionally provide wide paths around the interior portion of campus for pedestrian and bicycle use.

Whitman College offers a free 24 hour bike share program through a partnership between our Office of Sustainability and Library. This bike share serves around 500 rentals per semester.
