In addition to the hourly rate, the college pays for the employee medical premium minus 0.60% of the employee's annual salary, all of the employee's dental premium, the basic life insurance and LTD insurance premiums, the employee assistance program, and 10% of the annual salary towards a 403(b) after the employee's first year of service, provided the employee contributes 2% of their premium.
