Declutter, Destress, Donate
A brief description of the campaign:
The Office of Sustainability partnered with Yale Well on a Declutter, Destress, Donate campaign in the Residential Colleges to raise awareness around mindfulness and materials; the result was an increase in donated goods. Students in 14 residential colleges were involved in the activity and 2,262 pounds of donations were collected.
Sustainability also partnered with WorkLife and Goodwill to provide de-cluttering workshops and a donation bin available at the Human Resources building. Staff members contributed to the 2,262 pounds of donations that were collected, and provided positive feedback on the workshops made available to them.
